3rd Jan - Unconditional Approval on Construction Loan
22nd Dec - Approval from Shell Cove DCP

15th Dec - Contracts Received
28th Nov - Colour Selected Chosen & Signed off
20th Oct - Cons. Tender Accepted
18th Oct - Colour Walkthough Appt
9th Sept - Settlement of Land
2nd Sept - $3K Deposit Paid
