Well I don't really know if that's the right acronym but our authority to commence construction certificate was issued today at 4:30pm - 2 hours after our bank received all our paperwork (nice work IMB!)
It's been bad timing with the public holiday tomorrow, and MJH wants the balance of the 5% before they start ordering materials - so hopefully by next week they'll get everything underway.

Shell Cove Approval & Electrical
Shell Cove approved our plans today! Was surprised how quickly and easily they said 'yes' considering they have a few design guidelines which were a bit tricky.
We also have our electrical appt booked for 1st Feb - we will be adding a few more power point and D wants to upgrade the light switches, have a few dimmers etc and an outdoor powerpoint plus a few extra TV points but hopefully we won't blow our budget too much.
IMB have been fantastic approving our contrusction loan within 48 hours - at an awesome rate of 6.32% - our bank manager has been great and an all round nice guy!
Fingers crossed for DA approval soon!
